Responsibilities

Participates as a member of project or sub-project team(s) in coordinating project activities
Works with project team members including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Operations and Marketing to ensure projects and activities are executed according to standard processes
Tracks project progress against plan, including updates to project schedule
Contributes to updates to stakeholders via email, PowerPoint, and other tools
Learns project management basics including: scheduling building, tracking, coordination, effective communication
Other duties as assigned

Required

Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemical, Materials, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework
Basic knowledge of core engineering principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Must have good verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Operate as a team or independently with management guidance
Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future

Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year.
Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension).
