Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Java & Spring Boot
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments
Qualification
Required
2+ years of hands-on experience in IT and the Software Development Life Cycle
Strong experience with Core Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Web)
Hands-on experience developing Spring Boot microservices and APIs from scratch
Solid understanding of OOP concepts, collections, exception handling, and annotations
Strong SQL skills with experience in Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
Java SE, Spring Boot, Spring Data, RESTful services
Dependency Injection, application configuration, annotations
Experience with Servlets / Javalin
REST API design, JSON/XML handling, error management
Proficient in Git (branching, merging, repository management)
Writing optimized SQL queries, joins, and stored procedures
Preferred
Exposure to CI/CD tools is a plus
Exposure to performance tuning is a plus
Understanding of microservice architecture, scalability, and inter-service communication
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL
Willingness to learn GCP-native AI and DevOps tool
