Responsibilities
Recommend SOP and batch record changes as needed
Review proposed SOP revisions and provide feedback to management
Conduct real-time audits of batch records in production suites for completeness, documentation accuracy, calculation errors, and conformance to critical process parameters
Perform room and equipment clearances per procedure following production cleaning
Perform microbial swabbing of equipment and room surfaces for environmental monitoring
Maintain a working knowledge of all SOPs, policies, and applicable cGMP and CFR guidance for solid oral dosage pharmaceutical manufacturing
Perform routine testing of in-process and finished product samples, including particle size, bulk density, moisture analysis, appearance, and AQL testing
Monitor manufacturing areas for compliance with SOPs, cGMP, batch record requirements, and safety standards to identify and resolve errors in real time and prevent deviations
Work cross-functionally to assess potential deviations and determine if investigations are required
Initiate deviation reports in TrackWise with sufficient detail to support full investigations
Manage quality status of WIP and finished goods in both physical inventory and the JD Edwards inventory system
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree; or
Associate's degree with 1 year of related experience; or
High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of related experience
