Work collaboratively with a lead designer and other team members
Execute thoughtful and beautiful design solutions
Span across brand/visual identity, campaign concepts, and general art direction
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience working in design environments
Bachelor's degree in design or related field or relevant work experience is preferred but not required
Experience on various social media platforms
Strong communication skills
Professional design experience with Adobe CC suite, Figma, and working knowledge of appropriate use of common AI platforms (MidJourney, Gemini, OpenAI, etc.)
Strong creative and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively manage time and work assignments
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Ability to lead some project work
Excellent communication skills
Preferred
Motion and/or 3D design experience (After Effects, Blender, etc.)
Proficiency in UX/UI design beyond fundamentals
Social media strategy / experience with organic content planning and design
