Lead the redesign and enhancement of enterprise data models
Strengthen ETL processes
Ensure compatibility with evolving cloud-based architecture
Support the modernization of reporting and analytics platforms
Collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams throughout a major multi-year systems transition
Qualification
Required
Advanced Data Architecture & Modeling (7+ years)
Expertise designing, implementing, and maintaining large‑scale relational and dimensional data models
Proven ability to modernize and optimize enterprise data ecosystems
ETL Development & Data Integration (7+ years)
Extensive hands‑on experience building and enhancing ETL pipelines
Strong background improving data quality, automation, and high‑volume processing using tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS
Enterprise Database Expertise (10+ years)
Deep experience with major platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2
Strong background supporting complex financial data environments, reporting structures, and data governance frameworks
7+ years working with large‑scale databases and enterprise data architecture
10+ years working with Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2
Strong background in financial data systems
Advanced ETL development and data integration experience
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Understanding of cloud integration (e.g., Azure, Snowflake)
Strong familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices
Preferred
Experience with modern integration platforms (e.g., Informatica Cloud)
Ability to translate business needs into scalable, technical data solutions
