Responsibilities
Manage and administer the Dynatrace platform
Deploy OneAgents & ActiveGates across cloud, on-prem, and Kubernetes
Build dashboards, alerts, SLOs, tagging, and management zones
Implement end-to-end observability (APM, infra, logs, UX)
Enable distributed tracing, RUM, synthetic monitoring
Use Davis AI for performance analysis and root cause
Integrate with CI/CD, ITSM, logging, and event systems
Support Observability-as-Code (Monaco, Terraform)
Provide support during incidents and post-incident reviews
Qualification
Required
10+ years with Dynatrace APM (SaaS/Managed)
Strong observability knowledge: metrics, logs, traces, events
Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP
Kubernetes / containers
Dashboards, alerts, tagging, management zones
Microservices, APIs, distributed systems
Automation: Python, Bash, PowerShell, YAML
CI/CD: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab
Splunk – 8+ years
Preferred
Dynatrace certifications
Experience with Monaco, Grail, OpenTelemetry
Exposure to SRE, chaos engineering, performance engineering
Integrations: ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Prometheus, Grafana, Slack, Teams
Strong analytical thinking
