Help support a newly implemented OpenText VIM solution within their established SAP S4Hana and OpenText environment
Focus on improving VIM/P2P processes
Resolve issues
Partner with cross functional teams
Enhance workflows
Help with any training or testing as needed for OpenText VIM
Work independently on certain projects in a fast pace environment
Qualification
Required
Must have at least 5+ years of support and analytics experience but a focus on SAP OpenText solutions
Strong experience supporting either production or implementation efforts of OpenText VIM
Ability to work through various OpenText integrations and transactions across SAP is key
Strong communication will of course be a must for this role
