Dimension Consulting Inc. is seeking a dependable and organized Front Office Administrator to support daily office operations, executive coordination, and cross-departmental administrative needs. This on-site role works closely with leadership and internal teams to help maintain a professional, efficient, and welcoming office environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and emails to the appropriate teams
Maintain reception and shared office spaces to ensure cleanliness and organization
Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for executive leadership
Coordinate meeting logistics, including virtual meetings
Host and manage virtual interviews and executive calls
Assist with meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-ups as needed
Handle general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, documentation, and correspondence
Maintain conference rooms and meeting spaces, ensuring they are stocked and ready for use
Manage office supplies, snacks, and inventory
Coordinate basic office maintenance requests and vendor communication
Run office-related errands as needed (bank deposits, supply pickups, etc.)
Support outreach efforts, including outbound calls, as directed
Assist with data enrichment, list cleanup, and CRM or spreadsheet updates
Provide administrative and operational support to internal teams as needed
Support internal meetings, client visits, and company events
Assist with event planning, setup, execution, and cleanup
Support employee and client gifting initiatives, including preparation, tracking, and coordination
Work closely with different departments to support daily operational needs
Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management

Required

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment
Confident communicating with executives, clients, and internal teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Professional, reliable, proactive, detail-oriented, and well-groomed

Preferred

Prior experience in an office, administrative, or operations support role preferred
