Responsibilities
Assist in writing and testing basic Python automation scripts
Learn to use REST APIs to move data between systems
Help clean and organize data from spreadsheets, emails, and PDFs
Support development of workflow automations for internal processes
Assist in documenting procedures, scripts, and integration steps
Work with the supervisor to translate business tasks into technical workflows
Provide basic troubleshooting for automation tools created during training
Complete required training in insurance basics, data security, and agency systems
Qualification
Required
Basic Python knowledge (loops, functions, reading files)
Familiarity with JSON, CSV/Excel, and simple data tasks
Interest in automation, APIs, or InsurTech development
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Enrollment in Jr College or equivalent required
