Responsibilities
Guide legal firms and corporations through the adoption of LLMs and agentic workflows
Lead an enterprise engineering team while remaining hands-on in the architecture of RAG pipelines
Fine-tune models and ensure production-grade security and reliability
Qualification
Required
Experience fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) and operationalizing agentic workflows
Hands-on experience with RAG techniques, including document parsing and vectorization (embeddings)
Advanced proficiency in Python
Demonstrated experience managing enterprise software engineering teams and delivering production-grade systems
Experience both using and administering enterprise development tools including GitHub and project management platforms such as Jira
Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and engineering workflows
Experience with enterprise database design and implementation
Experience implementing SSO, rule-based access control (RBAC), and identity access management (IAM)
Cloud platform administration experience in Microsoft Azure or AWS
