As a Software Development Analyst, you will be integral in deploying high-quality software across the DC fast charging portfolio, translating product requests into technical specifications, and collaborating with various teams for development and testing.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Management and System Architecture teams to translate business requirements into technical documentation and requirements for multiple DC fast charging platforms
Support SW development throughout the entire process, especially in requirement creation, refinement, and sprint planning
Coordinate production SW rollout process including creation of release notes, coordination of pilot releases, etc
Communicate status of software release and deliverables to cross-functional teams and leadership
Collaborate with testing and validation teams to design test cases and ensure traceability with technical requirements
Support in analysis of quality issues prior to development
Qualification
Required
5 years of related systems engineering or software development experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
Analytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason, creative and strategic
Communication skills – interpersonal, presentation and written
Computer savvy – skilled in the use of software
Integration – joining people, processes or systems
Influencing and negotiation skills
Problem solving
Initiative – self-starter, ability to work independently
Detail Orientation – demonstrated record of precision and integrity
Preferred
Experience in electric vehicle charging. Preferably DCFC
Experience with agile project management and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence)
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver problem resolutions
Familiarity working with product management and development teams to refine business requirements into technical software requirements
Familiarity with EV charging protocols and standards including J1772, ISO15118, OCPP, OCPI
