Act as the go-to communicator with owners, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors
Lead project meetings and support Superintendents with work plans and schedules
Manage budgets, change orders, and subcontractor agreements
Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
Track project performance through cost controls, financials, and CPM schedules (P6 or equivalent)
Mentor and develop engineering staff to strengthen project teams
