Responsibilities

Build, implement and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights on headcount, attrition, workforce trends, and other key people metrics
Extract, clean, transform, and model HR data from multiple systems (e.g., Workday, L&D platforms, Recognition platforms) into structured, repeatable data preparation workflows
Build advanced Excel models, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualizations to support ad‑hoc analyses
Interpret data trends and patterns to provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership
Establish and monitor data quality standards to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the dashboards you produce
Partner with the Finance team to align workforce planning with budgeting and forecasting processes
Work closely with People COEs and People Business Partners to understand their reporting needs and translate business requirements into insightful dashboards
Continuously refine reporting processes and methodologies to improve automation, efficiency and accuracy

Required

2–5 years of proven experience in data analysis, data mining, or a related role, preferably within an HR or People function in a large, matrixed organization
Demonstrated ability to work with HR datasets such as headcount, turnover, compensation, recruitment, engagement, training, and performance, connecting multiple data sources
Strong understanding of HR concepts and workforce metrics
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar
Power BI: Data modelling, DAX, dashboard creation, report automation
Power Query: ETL processes, data transformation, merging, filtering, shaping
Excel: Advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Pivot, data visualization
Exceptional analytical thinking and problem solving ability
Communication: Excellent ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner
Attention to Detail and commitment to data integrity: Meticulous approach to data cleansing and validation to prevent miscalculations

Preferred

Familiarity with Python or R (not required but beneficial)
