Responsibilities
Continuously improving standards and processes related to Centerline and Rapid Changeover
Work with production planners to optimize production schedule and grade changes
Collects and analyzes data on quality and production variances and creates action plans to mitigate variance
Communicate any procedural issues with suppliers
Support small and large scale projects and modifications in area including water treatment management, in collaboration with other key leaders
Assess asset performance and lead corrective action plans
Execute product development/qualification process
Document management (standard operating procedures "SOP’s”)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in industrial technology, engineering or chemical engineering is of high interest
3+ years' experience in a fast-paced paper manufacturing environment with a focus on continuous improvement
