Responsibilities
Define and prepare production areas to manufacture test batches and validation batches
Build EVRPs and manage mitigation actions
Define and implement people flows, product flows, and waste flows
Develop and execute test cases
Define and organize training plans
Build scheduling tools in collaboration with the Supply Chain team
Define, monitor, and ensure the achievement of Performance/Cost/Lead Time/Safety/Risk objectives for the Work Package, contributing to the overall project goals
Qualification
Required
Master's degree (bac +5) or Engineering degree in biology or industrial/general engineering
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial environment, in roles related to production, continuous improvement, and/or methods
Key skills that will make the difference: strong analytical skills, continuous improvement mindset, and project management (analyzing existing processes to identify improvement opportunities and implementing effective solutions)
Excellent communication skills: able to convey information clearly and effectively
English and French: operational proficiency, written and spoken (minimum B2)
Preferred
Training or professional experience in biology is a plus
