Act as the primary point of contact between traders and technology on new initiatives
Partner closely with traders to evaluate ideas, scope projects, and prioritize work
Own dependencies, sequencing, and delivery timelines - with an eye toward speed and practical execution
Collaborate cross-functionally with front, middle, and back-office teams to ensure smooth delivery
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of electronic trading options
Experience working on detailed technology products - from design through delivery
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
Clear, confident communication style and the ability to perform under pressure
