Responsibilities
Process site issue tickets
Repair defective computer equipment
Load and install software or computer peripherals
Perform site preventative maintenance on computer equipment and systems
Perform project work as assigned
Perform computer system maintenance including patching and other security updates
Perform server and network maintenance including patching and security updates
Perform quality assurance, control, and testing of deployed systems
Provide continual process improvements for the team along with justifications
Take a leadership role in creating and enhancing department documentation
Present a positive attitude and provide great end user service
Prioritize tasks effectively to provide the best service
Communicate effectively with other IS departments without any issues including project reporting
Coordinate installations with various IS departments
Have an in-depth knowledge of business automation systems
Propose platform and system improvements
Design new, enhance existing, and support automation scripting using PowerShell, Python, or other language
Design, implement, and support various applications and systems working with various IS departments and outside vendors
Lead evaluation and implementation of new technology
Handle on-call responsibilities
Qualification
Required
A Two-Year Technical Degree or service experience in IT Support, Computer Networking, Server Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Repair, Computer Science, Information Technology Management
Minimum of 2 years related experience including: Installation, Repair, Upgrading, and Troubleshooting IT equipment
Must have experience with computer hardware installation and troubleshooting for PCs, peripherals, and servers
Strong working knowledge of Android and Windows 11
Knowledge of Virtual Operating Systems
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Provide numbers (i.e. home phone / cell phone) for which you can be easily and quickly reachable
Must carry a company provided cell phone during normal work hours
This position requires lifting up to 75 pounds for warehouse pickup and delivery duties
Preferred
Experience with mobile technology such as smartphones and tablets
Network / Client-Server experience preferred
Some experience with configuring routers, switches and hubs preferred
Any computer equipment manufacturer certifications are a plus
A+, Network+, Security+ certification are a plus
Experience with Windows Server operating systems is a plus
Experience with VMWare is a plus
Experience with various printer types (impact, inkjet, or laser)
