Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical support contact, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while managing user onboarding/offboarding and account provisioning
Administer Entra ID (Azure AD), Office 365, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), including device management tools (Intune, JAMF) and SaaS applications
Implement and maintain security protocols across cloud environments while supporting compliance with NIST 800-171, CMMC 2.0, DFARS, ITAR, and CUI data handling policies
Perform system health monitoring, updates, patch management, and regular backup operations across all infrastructure
Manage hardware lifecycle from procurement through decommissioning, and maintain license servers (Cadence, NX, HyperX, Teamcenter)
Support productivity platforms (Jira, Confluence, Teams, SharePoint) and deploy workflow automation using adaptive cards and SharePoint integration
Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles to enable team self-service and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) and Office 365 administration
Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS (EC2, EKS, S3)
Strong willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving requirements
Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Documentation-first mindset with a focus on process improvement
Strong collaboration skills and team-oriented approach
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Preferred
Familiarity with Docker containerization and AWS-based applications
Experience with corporate SaaS applications and device management tools (Intune, JAMF)
Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation
Background managing and maintaining enterprise productivity tools
Experience troubleshooting and optimizing cloud-based services
Previous experience in defense, aerospace, or regulated industries
