Responsibilities

Refine and operationalize data governance frameworks and stewardship models
Design and implement knowledge management standards and repositories
Lead change management, training, and adoption efforts
Support continuous improvement and governance councils
Updated Data Governance Charter, RACI, and stewardship standards
Data Governance Playbook and SOPs
SharePoint Knowledge Library architecture and templates
Training materials, adoption tracking, and sustainment toolkit

Qualification

Required

8+ years in data governance, KM, BPI, or change management
