Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate up to 20+ active projects simultaneously
Lead preparation and scheduling of submittal packages with Application Engineering, Estimating, Manufacturing, and Engineering
Review and transmit documentation to customers and consulting engineers
Maintain accurate ship dates through consistent follow-up with customers and production
Coordinate responses to technical and project-related questions
Resolve field issues post-shipment through the warranty period
Work with Customer Service on missing or damaged items
Review customer purchase orders for completeness and alignment with project scope and costing
Coordinate field service scheduling with customers and internal teams
Assist Accounting with project closure, including final payments and back charge resolution
Support contract negotiations related to technical and scheduling matters
Review post-shipment costs and report variances between estimate and actuals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
5+ years of relevant project management or engineering coordination experience (or equivalent experience)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, production, and customers
Preferred
Familiarity with wastewater or related industrial equipment is a strong plus
