Responsibilities
Develop and maintain network security policies and procedures
Collaborate with Systems Engineering and Infrastructure & IT Operations (MIS) on the design and maintenance of secure network architectures
Provide hands-on implementation and operational support for Cisco network security technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, and enterprise routing and switching
Monitor network traffic and investigate security events
Integrate security controls into existing and new network solutions
Perform network security assessments and vulnerability testing on network devices
Maintain documentation for network configurations, security policies, and incident response
Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution
Qualification
Required
Network Security / Firewalls (Cisco Firepower)
VPN Technologies (Site-to-Site VPN, Remote Access VPN)
Cisco Networking (Cisco Catalyst switches, Cisco ISR / ASR routers)
Network Management & Access Control (Cisco Catalyst Center, Cisco ISE)
Certifications (Required): CCNA or CCNP
Preferred
Cisco Security Cloud
Cisco Secure (formerly Umbrella)
AWS exposure
Palo Alto firewalls
