They are seeking an IT Service Desk Technician who will evaluate and solve advanced technical issues, install new software, and resolve hardware and software-related problems in an end-user environment.

Responsibilities

Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner

Respond to customer issues via phone, email and computer chat

Provide customer assistance

Document customer interactions

Run diagnostics to resolve customer reported issues

Escalate issues to the next Tier with next level of difficulty

Performs other related duties as assigned, including designated duties associated with System Restoration, (SEOP) System Emergency Operations Plan

Required

Experience in managing Help Desk tickets in a timely manner

Ability to respond to customer issues via phone, email and computer chat

Experience in providing customer assistance

Ability to document customer interactions

Experience in running diagnostics to resolve customer reported issues

Ability to escalate issues to the next Tier with next level of difficulty

Experience in evaluating and solving advanced technical issues

Ability to install new software and evaluate and install patches

Experience in resolving software and hardware related problems typically associated in an end-user environment, including but not limited to PC's, desktops, laptops, tablets and printers
