Responsibilities
Support Loan Officers and Processors throughout the loan lifecycle
Follow up on documentation and coordinate with title and insurance partners
Provide timely status updates to borrowers, realtors, builders, and other partners
Assist with pipeline tracking, loan status communications, and meetings
Schedule pre-qualifications, applications, and business development appointments
Enter and maintain loan data accurately in internal systems
Assist with post-closing follow-up and marketing efforts
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in mortgage lending (LOA, Processor)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
