Responsibilities
Acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives
Collaborates with leadership and HR colleagues to identify workforce needs and develops impactful talent acquisition and retention strategies
Analyzes HR metrics and data to provide insights for decision-making and to forecast future trends affecting business operations and the team
Collaborates with HR colleagues to develop and implement employee engagement and development programs to support organizational alignment, enhance productivity and provide career growth opportunities
Leads the implementation of strategies, programs and policies for staffing, compensation, benefits, immigration, employee relations, training, and health and safety across multiple regions and functions
Supports cross-functional global collaboration on important business initiatives that drive profitable growth
Ensures compliance with labor laws and employment regulations across multiple jurisdictions
Facilitates conflict resolution and fosters a positive work environment by addressing employee relations issues proactively and effectively

Qualification
Required
Requires a Bachelor's degree, preferable in Human Resources or Business
10+ years of professional experience in a Human Resources discipline, preferably with exposure to a manufacturing environment or the auto industry
Possess a broad knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and procedures
Ability to operate with a sense of urgency while prioritizing duties and executing responsibilities with impact
Proficient with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Spanish a plus
Ability to travel to multiple business sites as necessary
