Sr Manager, People Strategy & Innovation

The Senior Manager, People Strategy & Innovation will lead cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve the experience of Lennar Associates by deploying new programs, processes, technologies and incentives across the business.

Responsibilities

Identify and support the implementation of strategic initiatives that both enhance and provide solutions to Lennar Associates
Identify and deconstruct business issues and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analyses
Manage specific projects through to completion, while analyzing business implications, organizational changes, and other implications of varying strategies that may run parallel
Demonstrate strong leadership and significant influence management skills with the ability to gain credibility with senior leadership while challenging the status quo
Build 'Executive ready' project deliverables
Gather, analyze, and synthesize insights from data to drive understanding and decision-making
Lead teams through complex, high-impact projects at a national scale

Required

Experience leading multidisciplinary initiatives in corporate environments, setting vision and strategy, building project plans, while identifying and overcoming roadblocks
Data-driven decision making through executive communications (written, verbal, presentations)
Sound and structured thinking, with an ability to analyze, problem solve, and turn ambiguous pain points into structured problem statements with hypotheses for solutions and next steps
Empathetic to the needs and contexts of different teams, while understanding what is needed to drive results
4-7 years of corporate leadership experience including 2-3 years of management consulting or corporate strategy experience

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred; Business Administration, Economics or related fields. MBA preferred
Exceptional Storytelling: Ability to captivate and engage audiences through powerful narratives
Problem-Solving Enthusiasm: Thrives on tackling complex challenges and finding innovative solutions
Leadership Through Influence: Skilled in building consensus and influencing stakeholders across various levels
