Responsibilities
Build and deliver agentic AI solutions for commercial banking customer service
Design and operate LLM-powered agents for request intake, decisioning, and workflow execution
Implement agent orchestration (planner/supervisor patterns, routing, guardrails, tool/function calling)
Develop RAG-based knowledge grounding using enterprise policies and procedures
Integrate with CRM, workflow engines, core banking, and case management systems
Enable human-in-the-loop review, approval, escalation, and override workflows
Establish quality, safety, evaluation, and observability for production AI systems
Collaborate with Product, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams
Qualification
Required
4+ years of software engineering experience
Strong Python and backend API development skills
Hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, RAG, and tool/function calling
Experience with LangChain/LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar
Familiarity with vector databases and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Understanding of security, privacy, and regulated environments
