Responsibilities

You design, build, and evolve software solutions that support our US trading activities

You take ownership of maturing our existing system landscape with a strong focus on quality and scalability

You ensure new solutions are maintainable, robust, and fit for a fast-paced trading environment

You mentor and spar with colleagues, helping foster a high-performance, knowledge-sharing culture

You collaborate closely with stakeholders, traders, and developers across locations and time zones

Qualification

Required

3+ years of hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle – from idea to production

Professional experience with F# and/or C#

Strong engineering fundamentals and a quality-conscious mindset

Experience working in distributed teams and comfortable collaborating across time zones

Curiosity about energy trading – prior domain knowledge is a plus, not a requirement

Preferred

Experience with Python, or the motivation to pick it up
