Responsibilities
Help to establish plans for where inventory lives in our ever evolving and complex fulfillment network
Inventory Placement accuracy and adherence to said plan
Prescribed inventory placement adherence through robust tracking and monitoring of real time inventory placement and PO writing guidelines
Vigilance for errors/deviations
Improving current state and eliminating roadblocks to an optimal network
Working with brands on improving limiters to an effective spread of inventory throughout our network (exceptions, PO split minimums)
Becoming our subject matter expert on future automation in the inventory management space
Being proactive on stockholding/capacity management
Coordinate across data science, brand forecasts & import timelines, CP and site plans to keep sites healthy and flowing while achieving optimal downstream cost impacts (packages per order)
Qualification
Required
2+ years in supply chain field (or applicable internship experience)
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field
Strong excel skills and competency in building models
Strong communication skills; able to effectively get points across internal and external teams
Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment
Strong attention to detail and good organization skills
