Seeking an experienced eDiscovery professional with strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills
The role requires expertise in Windows, Excel, basic automation, forensic data collection, and legal/eDiscovery processes
The candidate should be comfortable collaborating with legal teams, resolving customer issues calmly, and creating SOPs, documentation, and training materials
Qualification
Required
1+ year hands-on experience with Nuix Neo
4+ years using EDRM-based eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Everlaw, Concordance, Nuix)
Direct experience supporting litigation teams across all EDRM phases
Proven experience developing SOPs, user guides, and delivering hands-on training
Expertise in Windows, Excel, basic automation, forensic data collection, and legal/eDiscovery processes
Comfortable collaborating with legal teams and resolving customer issues calmly
Creating SOPs, documentation, and training materials
ABA- or state-approved paralegal certificate or law school graduate

ACEDS (CEDS)
