Responsibilities
Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remain involved in the resolution process
Provide in-depth experience in trouble-shooting IT systems, imaging and backup
Provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers and escalated tickets
Build, configure and manage Windows (or other applicable) operating systems and install/load operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity and configure network components, along with implementing operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performance. LINUX and UNIX desired
Expertise in Active Directory and Domain Administration
Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure the delivery of production systems that are compatible with the defined system architecture(s) Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF), Service-oriented Architecture (SOA), Secure the Enterprise/Secure the Network (STE/STN), etc
Establish, maintain and perform configuration management for ITC classified and unclassified network systems in accordance with DoD[NSA IT regulations
Build, configure, understand, implement and Information System Security Plan (ISSP) and secure the enterprise (STE) in accordance with DoD/NSA computer security regulations, to include applying STE attributes, if applicable STE attributes are as follows: 1) Audit Data Compliance 2) Controlled Use of Removable Media 3) IP Address Registration 4) IT Security Authorization 5) Malware Incident Prevention and Handling 6) Monitoring of All Enclave Boundaries 7) NETSEER 8) Network Flow Data (Netflow) 9) Port Security 10) Thin Client Migration 11) Transport Layer Security Protocol Migration 12) Two-Stage Admin Control 13) User Activity Monitoring
Qualification
Required
TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
Ten (10) years' experience as a Network Administration in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity's required
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Seven (7) years of additional Network Administration experience may be substitute for a bachelor's degree
