Responsibilities
Prepare quotes and RFQs for customers and outside sales
Match customers need standard product solutions (training provided)
Communicate clearly with customers, sales, and internal teams
Track quotes, orders, and updates in our CRM
Support order entry, delivery timelines, and follow-ups
Spot simple cross-sell or up-sell opportunities
Build hands-on knowledge of instrumentation, valves, actuation, gas detection, and services
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Mechanical/Chemical Engineering) or Business Degree with ability to provide technical solutions (or equivalent experience)
0-2 years relevant experience
Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Familiarity with CRM Platforms
Ability to follow documented procedures
Excellent communication skills
Ability to escalate situations appropriately
