Responsibilities
Lead maintenance and reliability strategies for can filling and seaming operations
Drive performance improvement initiatives across equipment and facilities
Manage large-scale projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies aligned with regulatory requirements
Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence cross-functional teams
Utilize SAP/CMMS systems and Microsoft Office applications for reporting and process management
Deliver group presentations and communicate effectively across departments
Apply strong analytical skills to propose solutions and optimize operations
Monitor key performance indicators including safety, productivity, cost efficiency, and employee engagement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Minimum 10 years of combined experience in manufacturing and engineering
Demonstrated leadership experience in equipment maintenance and reliability
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Proficiency in SAP/CMMS and Microsoft Office tools
Preferred
Master's degree in Business or Engineering Management
Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
Experience in the food and beverage industry
Proven ability to lead teams, manage large‑scale projects, and implement effective maintenance strategies
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to equipment and facilities
