Responsibilities
The Senior Clinic Operations Strategy Professional collaborates with peers and partner functions to manage and report on various data, prepare critical organizational communications, develop PowerBI and SharePoint-based products, and manage organizational distribution lists
The Senior Clinic Operations Strategy Professional will also be responsible for one or more key data management programs that feed internal and external systems
The Senior Clinic Operations Strategy Professional may support peers in the execution of change management initiatives and Agile ceremonies, such as Planning Intervals and Strategic and Budgeting events
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
5 or more years of data analytics and reporting experience
5 or more years of project leadership experience
Advanced written and verbal communication
Ability to facilitate forums of all sizes
2 or more years of process design and/or improvement experience
2 or more years of agile ways of working experience
Superior organizational skills
Advanced PC knowledge including Microsoft Office products
Advanced presentation skills
Preferred
Organizational change management (OCM) experience
Pilot/test-and-learn experience
Experience and/or certifications in the fields of project management, change management, process design/improvement
Experience and/or certifications in Lean Portfolio Management, or other Scaled Agile, PMI, Scrum, Kanban, product management, or agile coaching or facilitation
