Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve new revenue and growth targets
Hunt for new business and generate qualified opportunities
Prospect through networking, social media, associations, and direct outreach
Run the full sales process: discovery, proposals, pricing, presentations, negotiation, close
Respond to RFPs and attend walkthroughs locally and out of state
Promote a multi-service platform including on-demand and specialty service lines
Utilize networking, social media, industry associations, and events to generate qualified leads
Build relationships with decision-makers (IFM / PM leaders and other stakeholders)
Maintain accurate CRM pipeline, forecasts, and weekly reporting
Identify new markets, industries, and customer segments for expansion
Qualification
Required
7–10 years of B2B sales experience in facilities services
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
Strong prospecting and closing skills with a true hunter mindset
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management
Willingness to travel as needed
Background check and E-Verify required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
