Responsibilities

Perform service on precision rotary unit consisting of housing, gear, bearing and seals

Troubleshoot rotary unit by disassembling and investigating extent of damage

Assemble components of BOM such as motor, wiring and covers as needed

Using test equipment to verify product is within specifications

Travel to customer locations on occasion

Report evaluations and service performed

Efficiently handle a diverse set of tasks. Repairs and evaluations are very time sensitive. Must be able to prioritize and remain flexible at all times

Using precision measuring tools and calibration equipment
