Executive Assistant
Monkey Man Media is a fast-growing social media agency based in Tampa, focused on short-form content that performs. They are seeking an Executive Assistant/Operations Coordinator to provide operational support, assist with billing and invoicing, and help manage executive tasks for the CEO.

Responsibilities
Assist with monthly invoicing for approximately 70+ clients
Track invoice status and follow up on overdue invoices in a professional way
Help keep client billing organized and consistent month-to-month
Support payroll coordination and basic admin workflows
Keep internal trackers, lists, and recurring tasks organized
Help improve structure, routines, and basic systems across day-to-day operations
Schedule calls, coordinate meetings, and keep calendars clean
Handle follow-ups, reminders, and lightweight coordination tasks
Assist with “random tasks” that come up as the company moves fast
As you ramp, you can take on more responsibility across internal processes and, longer-term, support a larger content project we are developing
Qualification
Required
Strong organization and follow-through
Clear communication and writing skills
Comfortable with a fast pace and changing priorities
Detail-oriented, not sloppy
Can work in-person in Tampa
Preferred
Experience with invoicing, billing, admin, or customer follow-up
Comfort with spreadsheets, Google Drive, basic tools
Interest in media, content, and business operations
