Radyant INC is seeking a hands-on SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) Implementation Engineer to configure, customize, and support customer identity experiences. The role focuses on implementing SAP CDC ScreenSets and supporting API-based authentication flows while collaborating with development teams on SAPUI5 applications and integrations.

Responsibilities

Configure, customize, and maintain SAP CDC ScreenSets for registration, login, profile management, consent, and preference capture

Implement ScreenSet customizations using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, including:

UI adjustments and theming

Custom validations and form logic

Event handlers and client-side business rules

Support API-based SAP CDC integrations using standard authentication and authorization mechanisms

Assist development teams in implementing and debugging:

OAuth 2.0 / OIDC flows

Session handling and token usage (JWTs)

JavaScript, CSS, HTML5 front-end code within a SAP UI5 framework

Support and troubleshoot SAP CDC integrations in mobile environments (iOS and Android), including SDK usage and API-based flows

Debug authentication, profile, and consent-related issues across environments

Help ensure CDC implementations follow CIAM and eCPM best practices, including:

Privacy-by-design

Progressive profiling

Consent and preference management

Validate implementations against regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

Document implementation details, configurations, and troubleshooting steps

Provide technical support during testing, go-live, and post-launch stabilization

Need active security clearance

Hands-on experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC / Gigya) implementations

Direct experience configuring and customizing CDC ScreenSets

Strong working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, including: JavaScript form logic, validations, and event handling, Styling and theming ScreenSets via CSS, Debugging client-side issues

Understanding of CIAM authentication concepts and protocols: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWTs and token lifecycle management, Basic understanding of SAML

Experience supporting API-based identity integrations

Experience developing frontend applications built on JavaScript, CSS, HTML5 that integrate with an SAP backend

Familiarity with web identity flows and browser-based authentication behavior

Working knowledge of mobile identity integrations (iOS/Android), including CDC SDKs or API equivalents

Understanding of CIAM data concepts: Customer profiles, Linked identities, Consent and preferences

Awareness of privacy and regulatory requirements impacting CIAM implementations

Ability to follow defined architectures and standards while executing reliably

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

US Citizenship (Required)

Experience embedding SAP CDC ScreenSets into SPA frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)

Experience with SAP BTP

Familiarity with SAP CDC advanced features such as: Social login, Passwordless authentication, MFA, Account linking

Experience integrating SAP CDC with downstream platforms (CDP, marketing automation)

Exposure to consent orchestration and preference center implementations

Prior consulting or professional services experience

Prior experience with SAP Service Cloud
