Responsibilities
Analyze business and functional requirements to create detailed functional test cases
Design, execute, and maintain manual functional and regression tests
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to validate requirements
Identify, log, track, and retest defects using standard defect tracking tools
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Support and contribute to test automation efforts
Review automation results and assist in maintaining automated test suites
Ensure adequate test coverage aligned with business workflows
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Functional / Manual Testing
Strong experience writing clear, comprehensive functional test cases
Hands-on exposure to test automation frameworks/tools
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
Insurance domain experience (P&C, Life, Health, or Reinsurance)
Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar
API testing experience (Postman, REST APIs)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience testing cloud-based applications
