Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using Java and AWS
Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices supporting brokerage and alternative investment platforms
Collaborate with product owners and technical leads to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions
Participate in application design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
Work with relational databases (Oracle) including schema design and complex SQL queries
Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in a distributed cloud environment
Ensure application reliability, performance, and scalability through monitoring and best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
Strong experience with AWS services and cloud-based application development
Experience building Microservices and RESTful APIs
Solid understanding of Oracle or other relational databases
Background in financial services, investments, or brokerage systems
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub
Familiarity with DevOps and cloud infrastructure concepts
Preferred
Experience with Angular or other UI technologies
Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and EKS
Monitoring and logging experience with tools like Splunk and Datadog
Experience with Artifactory or similar artifact management tools
