Qualification
Required
You've spent 6+ months working remotely in a marketing-related role or capacity
You've completed at least one marketing-related certification or structured course (formal or self-directed), which will be discussed during the interview process
Familiarity and comfort using AI-enabled tools, and a willingness to use them thoughtfully as part of everyday work (for research, writing, analysis, or efficiency)
You communicate clearly, follow through, and manage your time well
You're naturally curious and willing to ask thoughtful questions (we call this a +1 mentality)
You take accountability seriously – even for small details
