Responsibilities
Own large, multi-stream programs across POS, Payments, Security, and Integrations
Coordinate and support multiple cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Security, Operations, and Business leaders
Drive program scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
Support teams in roadmap, release, and backlog planning
Identify, track, and resolve risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies
Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Own release readiness, cutover coordination, and post-release validation
Provide clear status reporting on progress, risks, and mitigation plans
Foster a collaborative, transparent execution culture and share delivery best practices
Qualification
Required
10+ years of Program or Technical Program Management experience
Proven delivery of large, enterprise-scale programs
Experience with POS, Payments, Security, and integration-heavy platforms
Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles
Experience working in Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe)
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
