Responsibilities

Spearheading high-growth enterprise sales by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with major clients and strategic partners
Building deep relationships and understanding complex operational challenges
Providing tailored AI solutions that deliver clear, measurable ROI
Acting as a strategic partner to the sales team, arming them with compelling business cases and technical insights
Collaborating cross-functionally to align market strategy with product innovation and business objectives

Required

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a combined enterprise sales and application engineering/pre-sales role, with a documented track record of selling complex, high-value technology or robotics solutions through consultative, ROI-based discussions
Strong understanding of supply chain logistics, warehouse operations, and their associated challenges, enabling you to credibly engage with operational and technical decision-makers on their own terms
Ability to demystify AI, machine learning, and data analytics for non-technical audiences while developing the technical objection-handling guidelines and business cases needed to empower the broader sales team and secure stakeholder alignment
Demonstrated success in activating and collaborating with commercial teams to achieve high performance, coupled with a strategic, results-oriented mindset focused on market penetration and revenue growth
A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit with the agility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, leveraging CRM tools for pipeline management and staying ahead of industry trends to inform effective sales strategies
