Responsibilities
Build, update, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, dashboards, and permissions
Support and troubleshoot SharePoint + Power Automate workflows
Capture user requirements and document configurations/changes
Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint reviews, backlog grooming)
Track user stories, action items, and sprint progress
Help maintain project backlog and priorities
Produce SOPs, governance documents, and process workflows
Maintain transparency in shared team spaces
Communicate updates and shifts in priorities to leadership
Review SharePoint trackers/dashboards for data integrity
Support testing, migrations, and change management activities
Adapt quickly to evolving project needs
Support new grant award platforms using existing SharePoint templates
Make light edits or small customizations using SharePoint-friendly scripting (HTML/JSON/JS)
Qualification
Required
Hands‑on experience building and supporting SharePoint sites
Working knowledge of Power Automate
Strong Agile/Scrum familiarity
Excellent communicator with strong documentation skills
Ability to track milestones, risks, and deliverables
Proactive problem‑solver with high attention to detail
Preferred
Experience with SPFx, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or JSON for customizing SharePoint components
PMO or project coordination background
Experience creating dashboards, scorecards, or review/award platforms
