Responsible Pega Blueprints, logical and conceptual data models, data definition, and solution alignment
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in business analysis, business architecture, or Pega BA roles, preferably within corporate or commercial banking
Proven experience as a Pega Business Architect on enterprise-scale implementations
Strong hands-on experience with Pega Constellation (version 24 or higher preferred), including data modeling and configuration approaches
Demonstrated ability to define and manage data objects, data types, fields, and relationships in Pega
Understanding of how Pega data models support case management, integrations, reporting, and traceability
Experience working with Pega Blueprint, App Studio, and collaborating with Dev Studio teams
Takes direction well
Ability to read and follow instructions

Bachelors preferred, not required
PEGA Constellation Certification
Preferred
Experience working in corporate or commercial banking environments
