Strong understanding of X++ code
Monitor and maintain Dynamics 365 production environment to ensure availability to users and other company systems
Evaluate and respond to performance logs and alerts, including operating system, Dynamics 365 system and related systems
Responsible for troubleshooting and problem resolution of Dynamics 365 as well as the management and monitoring of system resources and performance
Assist in deployment, configuration, upgrade, customization, enhancement and monitoring aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in production and non-production environments

Required
