New Grad, Entry LevelBuilding Controls & Solutions is looking for an Engineering Solutions Associate to join their INTEC Controls team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support, assisting with technical solutions, and configuring products for seamless installation.

Responsibilities
Develop deep expertise in INTEC Controls products, including hardware, software, and applications
Create installation drawings and configure programmable sensors and controllers based on project needs
Manage product returns and contribute to customer satisfaction
Work in the warehouse helping sort and unload shipments as well as pack boxes to ship out
Qualification
Required
Basic electronics knowledge is a plus
Enthusiasm for learning configurable smart devices and their capabilities
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with ERP (P21), CRM(Hubspot)
Preferred
Previous experience in technical support or hands-on technician roles preferred
