Lead Desktop Support Engineer

Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, PC's, and MAC's
Support internal PC and MAC users, including HW, SW, Network, phone, audio/video, etc
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of Windows 10
3+ years of experience in supporting internal PC and MAC users, including HW, SW, Network, phone, audio/video, etc
Strong troubleshooting skills
Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, PC's, and MAC's
Strong communications, troubleshooting and team playing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Great phone skills and ability to work with remote users
Preferred
Mobile device support experience is a plus
Service-Now knowledge is a plus
