Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of scientific and software research projects
Track progress, surface risks early, propose mitigation strategies
Communicate project status, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders
Ensure thorough documentation of progress and deliverables
Oversee procurement of equipment, hardware, and vendor services
Support operational and administrative projects as needed
Maintain onsite presence 5 days per week within Redmond facilities
Qualification
Required
Must be able to work onsite in Redmond, WA (5 days/week)
3+ years of project management experience in research or product development environments
Demonstrated risk assessment and mitigation experience
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
End-to-end software project management experience (requirements → launch)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Effective collaborator with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Preferred
Ideally: exposure to technical audio, machine learning, or computer vision domains
PMP or similar certification preferred
