Responsibilities
You will be expected to utilize your analytical skills to assess project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and propose actionable solutions
Your ability to organize and prioritize tasks will be crucial in maintaining the team's efficiency and effectiveness
To excel in this position, you should be well-versed in agile frameworks and possess a strong understanding of scrum principles
Contribute to coaching, mentoring, and guiding technical leads, product owners, and delivery teams on Scrum principles, Agile practices, and self-organizing behaviors to improve performance, strengthen Agile fluency, and ensure alignment with Agile values, best practices, and principles
Partner with team leads and functional managers to establish and maintain consistent operating rhythms, including planning, stand-ups, demos, retros, and backlog refinement
Lead and continuously improve the OKR management process, ensuring team-level OKRs are aligned, visible, and reviewed consistently
Act as a delivery partner to managers and product owners, supporting delivery governance, roadmap cadence, and change adoption
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience with Scrum and/or Agile
Experience in driving business agility and/or transformation
Prior experience with client facing responsibilities such as tracking requirements or presenting to senior leaders
Active Secret, TS or TS/SCI clearance
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Certifications preferred are and of the following: PMI Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Project Management Practitioner (PMP), SAFe Agilist, AgilePM, Agile Coach, ICP-ATF or ICP-AC
