Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
U.S. Travel is the national, non-profit organization representing the U.S. travel industry. They are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and project management support to the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President, ensuring alignment in a fast-paced environment and advancing strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
Provide sophisticated executive support, including strategic calendar management, complex travel coordination, expense management, and invoice processing
Manage executive speaking engagements, including preparation calls, briefing materials, and logistics coordination
Anticipate and prepare executive needs for board and committee meetings, media interviews, congressional hearings, conferences, events, and the association’s annual tradeshow
Organize and track executive priorities, projects, decisions, and action items on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Serve as project manager for governing bodies, including the Board of Directors, Executive Board, and standing committees (Finance, Compensation, Nominating & Membership)
Partner with the membership team to strengthen engagement with members and prospects interacting with executive leadership
Draft, review, and distribute executive correspondence, communicating on behalf of executives as directed
Share upcoming executive engagements through internal communications to enhance organizational awareness
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline administrative workflows
Represent U.S. Travel professionally with colleagues, members, and external stakeholders
Support additional projects as assigned by leadership
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
Strong preference for experience supporting a CEO, C-suite executive, and Board of Directors
Proven ability to anticipate executive needs and manage competing priorities with discretion and precision
Exceptional organizational, communication, and judgment skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Preferred
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
